The management of Avtec USA, Inc. is committed to quality control standards that meet or exceed the requirements and specifications of our customers. This ensures compliance with the requirements of the appropriate air-worthiness regulatory authorities. It is Avtec USA's ultimate belief that QUALITY is not just a word, it's a way of life. Avtec USA is always making strides to improve the quality of the organization. Therefore we always welcome our customers to come and audit our organization and provide us with their feedback. This feedback helps us to plan for future improvement. Our organization and quality control program have been audited by some of the leading airlines in the world. We have been audited and approved to do business with Delta Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airways, B.W.I.A., and T.W.A. to name a few. It is our goal to build the most effective quality assurance program in the industry. After studying some of the many different quality standards as well as asking our customers what they would like to see from Avtec USA, we have chosen to implement a quality program based on ISO 9001/2000 and ASA-100 standards. We are currently in the process of rewriting our quality control and procedures manuals as well as training our staff in accordance with the standards that ISO and ASA are built upon. We are extremely aware of the responsibilities we have to the aerospace and aviation community. We are continuously reviewing our policies and procedures to ensure that the products we deliver to our customers are of the highest standards. Avtec USA is a company with over 15 years of experience and we believe that our primary responsibility is to consistently provide quality product and service support to our customers around the globe.
